Refund Policy


Mukund Marketing

At Mukund Marketing, we prioritize transparency and commitment in all our engagements. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.

1. No Refund After 3 Days

Once a payment is made, refund requests raised after 3 days from the date of payment will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Service Initiation

All payments are considered confirmation of service onboarding. Strategy planning, resource allocation, and execution begin shortly after payment, making refunds unviable beyond the allowed window.

3. Eligible Refund Window

Refund requests, if any, must be raised within 3 calendar days of payment and before any major work or execution has started. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Mukund Marketing.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Once services such as strategy development, ad account setup, content planning, creatives, or campaign execution have begun, no refunds will be issued, even if requested within 3 days.

5. Payment Disputes

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication will be treated as a breach of agreement and may lead to immediate service termination.

6. Agreement Acceptance

By making a payment to Mukund Marketing, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy in full.
